Fear of Running a Photography Business: Getting Past Insecurities and Embracing Your Uniqueness.
Episode 04: Show Notes.
Today’s topic is a tough one because it touches all of us in some way—fear. While both new and seasoned photographers sometimes battle with fears and insecurities, it is mostly the upcoming ones who face the biggest internal obstacles, especially when they start comparing their work with those who have been doing it for 20 years. We worry about whether we’re good enough, what others will think, and we’re concerned about how we will support our families (and please loved ones!) with our new businesses. But the good news is that fear is a liar that you can conquer. When you turn your back on that doubtful inner voice, you will be amazed at the opportunities that come your way. So, do you want to quit your job to become a full-time photographer? You can do it! Do you want to make the switch to IPS, you can do that too! Whatever you put your mind to, it’s totally possible as long as you are willing to endure the stress, effort, and long hours it might require. So, are you going to let fear win, or will push forward despite the possible difficulties and failures? Tune in for some serious encouragement!
